Please check out by 10:00 a.m. so that we can ensure that your room is as perfect and hygienically clean for the next guests as you found it on your arrival.

Parking

If you like we can reseve a car parking for you in our underground car park just a few minutes away from the Hotel. The cost willl be € 10,-- per day per car.

Due to our location in the pedestrian zone and close to the mountain railway, you can enjoy a completely car-free holiday with us if you wish.

We welcome children. Information on child discounts can be found below.

Dogs are not allowed at our hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

Spa tax

The room or offer price includes VAT and service. In addition, the local tourism association tax of € 5,-- per person per day will be charged.

General terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry from 2006 apply with the exception of the cancellation terms.

Cancellation terms 

• 90 to 30 days before arrival: 30 percent of the total amount
• 30 to 14 days before arrival: 80 percent of the total amount
• 14 to zero days before arrival: 100 percent of the total amount
• In the event of late arrival or early departure or no-show, the entire booked stay will be charged.
• If you cancel less than 90 days before your arrival, we are entitled to debit the respective cancellation fee from your credit card.
• We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
